I am on Fox Business this morning at 8:30am CT.
Josh Brown provided a sign that Eugene Fama is correct.
Gary Becker on how government regulation can help consumers.
Are you worried your man is looking at too much porn? Don’t sweat it. Probably a fat chick, or older woman. Roseann Barr is signing up for a new show.
You have money, what do you buy-stocks or farmland?
Farmland has skyrocketed over the past couple of years. How about the banks that lend to them? Healthy or Zombie?
They are looking for big changes in the 2012 Farm Bill. I am not so sure. It’s an election year.
Abstruse Goose has good news.
Here is an article that misses the point. They don’t examine opportunity costs at all. What about all the kids that didn’t get hired because of the higher wage? Plus, there is less turnover-are you sure you want that effect in minimum wage jobs? Isn’t that the point of a minimum wage job-it’s a stopgap or leads to something bigger?
If you haven’t voted in the ITA Citylights Awards, please vote. Vote early and often for my friend Michael Fineberg, and TapMe
Lollapalooza published its lineup.
After attacking speculators and oil companies, Obama’s approval rating dropped. Trending down. 20% of the electorate will vote for Obama no matter what. 20-30% will vote against him no matter what. Right now, he has lost the center. He has also lost hedge funds. 2012 is a huge election year. I don’t think American’s want a split government, I think they want actual intelligent people with credibility that have been forged under the furnace of fire. They want someone that can speak to them honestly-because quite frankly if you don’t play straight up the internet will find out anyway. That’s not your typical politician.
Haley Barbour dropped out of the Presidential race. Ron Paul looks like he will be getting in. Rick Santorum is in. Gingrich is in. Romney in. Trump-fuhgehettaboutit. None of them can win. Out of all the possible candidates, the only two real contenders to me are Tim Pawlenty and Mitch Daniels, unless Paul Ryan decides to run. I deliberately omitted Sarah Palin. She might be able to win the Republican nomination, but I don’t think she can win a general election, although she lifted McCain up. 2012 is not 2008.
The truth detector sniffs out the EPA. Who needs the Supreme Court when regulators know so much better?
Honestly officer, I was only trying to help that steer over the fence. Cattle rustling on the rise.
